  I've worked in this mall for about 4 years in the past and I come to this location still after not working in the mall. Sometimes I would come here at 6am when I would have to pull super early am shifts and Starbucks was always open. Even at 6am or 7am the staff was nice and upbeat. They would ask me how my morning is going instead of being like most morning employees would be tired and dismissive.
  The line is usually long if you are coming here on the weekend so be aware. This is why mobile ordering is a must!
  The employees always accommodate to your coffee requests and I've heard some crazy ones such as grande hot latte, 1 pump vanilla, 1 pump mocha, hot but not too hot with no foam and they always make it right.
  Also their soy milk is super good! I recommend it!

  terrible service. they gave me the wrong drink. i wanted a matcha green tea frappe and they gave me a matcha lemon latte smh. as you can see in the picture it is not a frappe

  Horrible. I don't even know why I bother to keep going here. It's the closest one to my job so I go during my lunch break to grab a coffee every time there's something wrong. Today I got an iced latte it was legit half full and the rest was whipped cream. The other day I was there and I was told I never ordered anything even after showing my receipt from the online ordering app. They need to get their attitudes and work ethic together. Over priced coffee but under qualified service. At this rate Dunkin is looking more appealing.

  Every time I go to this location with my guests from my business I receive the best customer service. These three hard working ladies deserve a accomplishment awards on customer service, they give the best recommendations and are very knowledgeable about the products. I recommend this location to all my friends to go when these 3 are working for the best service. Lastly if these ladies were not there I would never go to this location and would not go to any Starbucks again.

  Great smile, helpful (worker) they smile a lot
  Clean clean and lots of space
  And the drinks is well-handle
  Plenty choice of cakes
  Mug cup and tumb all is there
